Jeff and I made Pavlova the other day. It was SO good and really easy to make. Probably even easier than cake from a box. Seriously. We followed this recipe.
We topped ours with strawberries and whipped cream. The flavor is subtle but amazing. The outside of the meringue is crispy and the inside fluffy and chewy. We are definitely going to make this again!
